The Intelligent Domestic Assistant (IDA) is a progressive social service designed for the residents of the Trenčín region, offering round-the-clock care without any invasion of privacy. IDA is aimed at people with limited mobility, health difficulties or those recovering from hospitalisation.

How does IDA work?

Without the use of cameras and microphones, IDA works on the principle of motion sensors that capture daily routines and detect risks such as sudden health deterioration or entry of unknown persons into the home. If risky situations arise, the IDA automatically notifies the selected contact, who can quickly resolve the situation. The service allows for a maximum of three supervisors, with all alerts sent via email or SMS.

Installation and technical requirements

The system is free to install, but requires a home internet connection. The IDA system devices, including sensors and the control unit, are connected wirelessly, ensuring easy installation without the need for drilling or pulling cables. The IDA social service offers advanced technological care, enabling increased safety and independence for its users. This service is provided until the end of 2028 under current terms and conditions. The system is specifically designed not to violate users’ privacy, making it an ideal choice for residents of the Trencin region in need of daily, discreet support.
