Proof of education

such as an education certificate, school leaving certificate, etc., or the school’s confirmation of when – until when the studies that were not completed in the prescribed way lasted,

Children’s birth certificates

or a decision of the competent authority, on the basis of which the child was taken into care replacing parental care. If the child died before the age of 18, a death certificate or a certificate from the civil registry is also required

Employer’s confirmation

on the period of employment before 1 May 1990 in countries with which the Slovak Republic has not concluded an interstate agreement on social security
